The guys at Buffalo Vegan Diner invited us over to check out their new place on Mare Street and indulge in a spot of brunch.
There was no need to look at the menu – I’d already spied my target feed on their ‘Gram feed.
Ludz and I both HAD to have the Buffalo’s Breakfast of Champions – Scrambled Tofu, Sausages, Bubble ‘n Squeak, Smoky Maple Seitan Baycon, Buffalo Baked Beans, Avocado, Roasted Vine Tomatoes. Served with Rocket & Spinach Salad & Unlimited Toast (as if you’d need to order more!).
I was hungover AF (standard) so had a Bloody Mary too. The highlight for me was defs the Smoky Maple Seitan Baycon which is handmade by Buffalo’s chef. Whack a f-ton of that in a Sarnie and I’d be a very happy bunny. The Buffalo Beans were also crackin’.
This breakfast could (not quite literally) feed like three hundred people so make sure you turn up hungry! Better yet, grab one of their bottomless brunches and take regular mimosa breaks!
